Here at Bikus we are proud of our customer service: people keep coming back to us because of two main reasons:

• We're HONEST: we tell it how it is. We try hard to stock the shop with biking paraphernalia that work out there the best and at reasonable prices. We don't do tack, but neither do we do over hyped glitz. If a better bike, accessory or part out performs a more expensive one then that's what we'll recommend & sell.
  
  
• We CARE: we care for, not only your bike but also for what you think. This, we feel, is key to being able to recommend to you the right tool for the job. We care about what we stock in the shop and on the website,
  
  

We keep up to date with new technologies - what might have been the best last year may have been superseded this year.

We make it our business to know these things so we can feel confident that you're buying the right thing for yourself. At the end of the day you need your money to give you the best it possibly can no matter what you have to spend.

What you see on our website are products we believe in and that you will benefit from. Most products have been personally tested by us – that's a combined testing age experience of over 50 years!

Bikus is located in the Dartmoor town of Bovey Tracey, being approximately 100 metres from the trails! It is set in a beautiful location with wooded valley's leading up to woodland on one side while having the dedicated trails at Haldon Forest Park on the other and a sustrans route leading to the seaside in front of us. This really does offer a huge variety of cycling terrain.

WHO IS BILLY BIKUS?

We all test the bikes and accessories here at Bikus, but its Billy who coordinates our opinions to give an unbiased view that you can trust. It's all very well having manufacturers points of view about they're own products, but its far more ‘real world' to be able to read how they reacted being used in the field!

Billy comes from all walks of the bike industry and has experience in Road , Mountain, Touring, Hybrid and Children's bikes.

Having over 60 years of combined cycling experience he is pretty much experienced to comment. He continually scours the market to make sure we are up to date with the latest stock.
