How do I pay?

The basket page gives options for either Credit/Debit Card payments via our secure server or we can get in touch to organise another payment method. Simply select the option you wish to use!

We accept most major Credit/Debit Cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, ELECTRON, SOLO and American Express

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ORDERS WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED TO CARDHOLDERS ADDRESS

IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE OTHER PAYMENT.

What about delivery?

Generally most bikes and goods over £150 will be sent FOC to any address in England, Scotland, Wales..

Some bike ranges and special offers may incur a delivery charge, if this is the case you will be informed before the final order is processed.
Shipping costs will be calculated when you add goods to your shopping basket. The total cost of postage and packing will be clearly stated at the checkout.

The size, weight and value of your purchases will determine the shipping method.

For smaller items we use the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. For large, heavy or high value items we use a next day courier service.

If an item is in stock at the shop then we will despatch it to you on the next working day after payment is received. Certain items need to be transferred from warehousing and this will add a couple of days on to the delivery time. This will normally be stated on the product details.


What about my Card Security?

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site.

Credit Card Security: Our secure web pages are hosted by Secure Hosting Ltd., who use 128bit encryption, the strongest form of encryption available, with Comodo SSL certification to ensure secure transmission of your information. Please note that due to the massive increase in credit card and online fraud we reserve the right to refuse any order and for any reason.

ALL fraudulent transactions will be passed to the Police without exception.

What if it's not in stock?

Once you have placed an order with us, we will be in contact with your soon after, primarily to confirm your preferred payment method, but secondly to confirm the availability of your chosen products.
If we do NOT have any of the products that you require, you will be told at the point that we contact you and you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase of those goods.
You will be offered the option to Back-Order the items, should you choose to do this, we will endeavour to give you a true indication of the date upon which you should expect to receive said goods. We will request a deposit for ordering specific goods on your behalf where relevant (these details will be given to you at the point when we contact you). If we fail to secure the goods you have back ordered within a reasonable (the estimated) time, you will be under no obligation to proceed further with that order. This is extremely rare. Should you choose to cancel a back ordered item BEFORE our expected delivery date, we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable proportion of any deposits already paid.


And if I'm unhappy?

BIKUS values every customer we have, personal callers & mail order alike.

You are very important to us and as such we will do our very best to help with any problem that you may have.

Bikus is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law, including the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). We take great care in abiding by these regulations and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service.

What if I have a warranty claim?

BIKUS Return Policy

If you wish to return any item(s), you can do so within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Ensure the goods are in a re-saleable condition, including packaging. Used/damaged goods will not be accepted for return. We may charge a 20% fee to allow discount of non-sale worthy goods/damaged packaging.

2. Contact us to explain your reason for return and to obtain a returns number. We will not accept returns unless we have been informed.

3. Return the goods to us (address can be found here). You are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the goods are well packaged. Include details of the reason for return and whether you require other sizes/colours or refund.
- The cost of returning goods is your responsibility
- Goods must be returned in brand new, unused condition
- Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging

4. Upon receipt of the goods and matching with returns number, we will complete your request. We will keep you up to date with any problems- e.g. backorders. Refunds can only be made to the Card used for purchase.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe that a product bought from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods. Many problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned then, for the health and safety of our staff, please ensure they are clean. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered.


BIKUS Warranty Policy

We take warranty issues very seriously and will always do our best to get you riding as soon as possible!

All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacturer BUT this warranty must be carried out by us. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course repair or replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by its warranty we will contact you to tell you of this. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to make a charge for carriage.
*unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense i.e. postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS ETC.


If you feel you have a warranty situation, please follow these instructions.

1. Check it's a warranty issue. Have you followed all maintenance instructions? Was the item fitted correctly? Is it within its warranty period? Crash damage is not covered under warranty!

2. Contact us to discuss details of the problem so that we can ascertain the best way to deal with the claim. In most cases we will issue a returns number and need to see the item(s) returned, although sometimes we can remedy problems simply by sending replacement parts. Either way, we need to discuss first-we won't accept warranty returns without a returns number. We will obviously require proof of purchase.

3. (If an item needs to be returned) Return the goods to us (address can be found here). You are responsible for ensuring the goods are well packaged. Include proof of purchase and details of the reason for return and whether you require other sizes/colours or refund.

4. Upon receipt, we will inspect all goods and where required discuss with manufacturers and yourself to resolve problems. If this will incur a wait, you will be informed. When a genuine warranty problem has been identified, replacements/parts will be sent out with no postage charge to yourself.
